To all Staff, Residents, Families, and Friends,

We would like to update you on the status of the facility with regard to COVID-19. We received confirmation of 5 residents and 4 staff members who have been confirmed COVID-19 positive.

Please inquire at the front desk when you arrive. If you have any signs and symptoms of COVID or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, please do not visit for 14 days following exposure or 10 days following a positive test.
