1.15.21 Letter To Families and Friends

1/14/2021

To all Residents, Families, and Friends,

We would like to update you from our previous letter.

As you may be aware, we have been conducting increased testing to confirm if any residents or staff has
contracted COVID-19 and to proper isolate our residents and staff. With increased testing it is always
likely for individuals to test positive even though they do not present any symptoms.
At this time, we have an additional 8 residents in the facility who tested positive. These residents were
immediately isolated and moved to a separate area in the facility. We also have had another 2
employees who tested positive. All of the residents and staff are primarily asymptomatic and are not
presenting any symptoms except a select few who are showing or showed very mild symptoms. We
have designated the entire unit on our 2nd floor to serve as our COVID unit.
Due to the increase in cases, we will be suspending all Outdoor/window visitation for the time being to
keep all our residents safe.

We are continuing to monitor all residents and are continuing to test all residents and staff to ensure
everyone is safe. In addition, we have plenty pf PPE and our staff are wearing full PPE at all times to
maintain the safety of our residents.

We have been through something like this before back in April 2020 when this pandemic started and we
got through it. Most of our residents have already received the 1st dose of the COVID vaccine and we are
hoping to move past this phase.

As always, if you have any questions please feel free to reach to me at Ceo@wordpress-1001095-3861107.cloudwaysapps.com.

Thank you!
