1.5.21 Letter To Families and Friends

To all Residents, Families, and Friends,

I hope this letter finds you well and that you and your families are safe. As you are
aware, our facility has been COVID free for the last few months and we are very
thankful for that. Even though we have been COVID free we never let our guard
down and we have continued to follow all infection control procedures with
constant monitoring, weekly testing of all residents and staff, proper use of all
PPE, social distancing etc..

At this time however, we are notifying you to let you know that we had 1 resident
test positive for COVID-19. The resident presents no symptoms at this time and is
doing well. This resident was immediately put on isolation precautions and there
is dedicated staff caring for the resident.

We will continue to monitor all residents and staff for any symptoms and will
continue to adhere to all infection control protocols. We are optimistic and
hopeful that this is an isolated case and of course will update you if there are any
new developments.
